The square footage is the starting line, not the finish. A door, kickplate, chair rail, and a span that needs a heavier beam all show up before the mesh does. Pet screen on the lower panels costs more than standard fiberglass. Solar mesh on a west wall costs more again, and it is usually the right call in August.

If the patio has no roof, the aluminum roof is the expensive half of the job and the part that has to shed water. That is where the gutter belongs, tied into the house run or discharged away from the slab. A swinging door is cheaper than a slider. Put the door on the path you actually walk, not in the middle of the pretty elevation.
