OUR STORY

Issac Turpin - Founder & CEO of True Corp

Issac Turpin was born and raised in Polk County, Florida — the son of two pastors and a product of faith, grit, and deep Central Florida roots. With nearly 30 years in the construction and restoration industry, Issac built his career from the ground up, turning hands-on trade experience into a powerhouse of companies known for speed, integrity, and full-service execution. As the founder and CEO of True Corp, he leads with the same values he was raised on: work hard, stay grounded, and do right by people — whether it’s a customer in crisis or a team member looking to grow.

A father of four and a natural builder at heart, Issac isn’t just focused on profits — he’s building a legacy. One that empowers others, sharpens leaders, and raises the standard across every job site and boardroom. His leadership style blends strategic intensity with personal conviction — holding high expectations while showing up shoulder-to-shoulder with the people beside him. At True Corp, culture matters, results matter, and leadership starts at the top.

Issac and Mark were two childhood friends with a shared drive — they both knew they wanted to build something special that allowed them to use their people skills, work ethic, and sales ability to create real value. The idea for True was born the day Mark left the sales job they shared and took a role at a local plumbing company. What he saw there didn’t sit right: they’d tear into a customer’s home to fix a plumbing issue, then leave the mess behind for someone else to figure out. No cleanup. No rebuild. No respect for the homeowner’s experience.

Mark called Issac, knowing he had a background in construction, and said: “Why don’t we do the whole thing ourselves?” From that moment, the idea of True took shape. They started small, grew fast, and eventually built a full-service company known across Central Florida for doing it the right way.

Today, Mark has moved on from True to launch a new venture: a small business consulting firm that helps young entrepreneurs build strong foundations for their own companies — many of them starting exactly where he and Issac once stood. He carries forward the same principles that helped build True from scratch: serve people well, solve problems fully, and lead with integrity.
